Think about this: Why a qualified and motivated buyer go on its own to purchase a home unless it is to get a very low price? Let's look at this case: Ms. Seller had a home for sale by owner. She got an offer from an unrepresented buyer, the house was on hold for nearly a month while this buyer was supposed to get his pre qual letter. After all that time, the whole thing was a scam. Ms. Seller contacted me to get her house on the market. Listed on a Thursday and by Saturday evening I had a full price offer.  Wouldn't it be great to get top dollar for your home?
